探讨关节镜下前交叉韧带（ACL）重建并半月板修复后半月板不愈合的危险因素。方法 共耗2017年5月至2018年6月于我院行关节镜下ACL重建并半月板修复的患者92例，随后随访18个月，6例失访，86例患者根据愈合情况分为愈合组（49例）和未愈合组（37例），手术愈合植入56.98 ％（49/86）。对比体重患者一般资料，手术情况等相关资料的差异，并行多因素Logistic回归分析。

观察ACL重建联合ALL重建术治疗高度轴移的ACL损伤的疗效。方法：选取2015年10月至2018年1月本院收治的78例ACL损伤患者为研究对象，采用分层随机数字表法分为一系列和联合组各39例，重新行ACL重建术治疗，联合组行ACL重建术联合所有重建术治疗，比较可减轻稳定性分级，膝关节活动度，肌力恢复情况，的Lysholm评分变化及手术安全性。
比较两种不同治疗方式治疗前交叉韧带（ACL）断裂的疗效。方法：收集本院2014年9月至2018年8月63例ACL断裂患者的临床资料，根据患者治疗方法的不同，分为无减张组（41例）采用常规解剖重建和手术康复，未采取减张技术治疗；减张组（22例）采用减张技术解剖重建及重建快速康复治疗。
