荧光定量PCR技术是以荧光传递为基础多色荧光检测的核酸定量技术。能准确敏感地测定模板浓度及检测基因变异等，该技术在PCR反应体系中引入荧光标记探针，具有高灵敏性，高特异性等特点并极大地克服原有PCR技术存在的不足如交叉污染等问题。本文概述目前几种荧光定量PCR技术的原理和特点以及我们应用该技术检测乳腺肿瘤同源异型盒基因BP1的工作。
