利用品管圈提高新生儿重症监护病房（neonatal intensive care unit, NICU）肠外营养液配置的准确性,增强新生儿用药安全。方法 分析我院2017年8月新生儿重症监护病房肠外营养液1 305袋,按照品管圈十大步骤进行活动,总结差错主要原因,拟定并实施改进措施。以配置错误率为衡量指标,对品管圈实施前后的结果进行比较。
