CLASS-01临床研究对我国腹腔镜胃癌手术的临床指导价值及意义

CLASS-01研究是我国胃癌微创领域的里程碑，为局部进展期胃癌的临床应用提供了中国经验。但鉴于我国地区经济发展及卫生条件的不平衡，各等级医院收治的胃癌患者数量及实施微创治疗程度不等，外科医生的技术水平参差不齐，加之有些医生对研究结果的原文解读存在偏差，从而产生某些误区。本文主要就该研究一些细节问题展开讨论，期待更多高级别循证医学证据指导我国胃外科医生合理开展远端进展期胃癌的腹腔镜手术。

青光眼，作为位于全球首位的不可逆性致盲眼病，发病率逐年增高，由于它对视功能损害的不可逆性，给很多患者和家庭蒙上了巨大阴影。6月16日上午，安医大二附院眼科陶黎明教授团队在青光眼治疗技术上取得重要突破——成功开展1例二氧化碳激光辅助深层巩膜切除术（CLASS）。这也是这项新兴技术首次在我省造福青光眼患者。
