急性髓系白血病(Acute Myeloid Leukemia,AML)是造血系统的髓系原始祖细胞恶性增殖性疾病。据美国癌症协会估计,2022年美国急性髓系白血病的发病病例约20050例,死亡病例约11540例。尽管AML的发病机制研究和临床前研究取得了显著进展,但AML患者的5年生存率仍然很差(< 40%)。因此,临床上急需开展基于新靶点、新机制的抗AML药物研究。
