黄秋葵(Abelmoschus esculentus L.)是一种栽培于热带和亚热带地区的蔬菜,富含黄酮类化合物等多种活性成分。黄酮组分具有抗氧化、抗疲劳、抗糖尿病和降血脂等多种功效,但其含量容易受到品种、果荚成熟度和加工处理方法等多种因素的影响。因此,在黄秋葵的收获和加工阶段有必要建立一种稳定、快速的黄酮类化合物测定方法,为黄秋葵种质筛选或品质监测提供技术支撑。
