为促进生态学、环境科学、公共卫生、毒理学等多学科的交叉融合，探索环境污染的生态影响和健康效应，2024年6月16-20日，第二届Eco-Environment & Health国际学术会议在香港大学成功举办。此次会议由《生态环境与健康》期刊、香港大学、生态环境部南京环境科学研究所和南京大学联合举办。
2023年9月6日，继7月被Scopus数据库收录后，Eco-Environment & Health（EEH）通过了全球最具影响力的开放存取期刊目录（Directory of Open Access Journals，DOAJ）的评估，正式被DOAJ数据库收录，标志着EEH在生态、环境与健康领域已经得到了国际学术界的广泛认可。
