设计了由阵列式压电晶体传感器、阵列信号调理系统及单片机监测系统组成的谷粒清选损失监测仪,并制作了仪器样机。测试试验结果表明,阵列式压电晶体谷粒清选损失监测仪对损失谷粒响应时间在1 s以内,测量误差小于5%,且对实际收获工况中各种干扰能有效地抑制。
