通过对一种正多边形回转车削简易装置的分析,阐述了正多边形回转车削成形原理,并建立了刀尖相对于工件的轨迹方程。在此基础上论述了正多边形边长误差的产生及修正,并对其直线度误差的产生作了较详细的分析,为保证回转车削多面体零件的精度提供了理论依据,提高了多面体加工的效率。使用VB语言编程对刀尖轨迹进行了动态仿真,从仿真得到的刀尖轨迹曲线,更好地证明了正多边形轨迹在回转车床上的实现。
