中科院微生物所尹文兵研究组致力于从基因(组)出发挖掘、激活真菌中潜在的“沉默”基因簇,获得传统手段难以发现的新颖结构化合物。前期研究发现,真菌次级代谢产物的产生与特定环境因素密切相关,受到复杂的基因调控,发生在多个水平。其中负责真菌次级代谢调控的蛋白,统称为“调控因子”。通过分子遗传操纵调控因子来激活真菌沉默基因簇是课题组研究方向之一。近年来,该研究组已成功将该技术应用到多株真菌的沉默基因簇激活,...
