摘要根据家蚕核型多角体病毒T3株p35基因非编码区序列设计一对特异性引物,应用PCR技术从家蚕核型多角体病毒山东株中扩增得到一条1 080 bp的片段。测序结果表明,该片段含有p35基因,开放阅读框长900 bp,编码299个氨基酸,分子量为34.91kDa,pI=6.4。序列分析表明,BmNPV山东株的p35基因与T3株存在差异。
