为了使联合循环电厂达到更高的自动化水平,以大唐江山燃机电厂的控制系统为基础,研究了在一体化控制平台的机组级自动控制(APS),并在联合循环电厂的控制系统中采用一体化控制平台。经实际工程证明,该方案实现了燃机岛、余热锅炉岛、汽机辅助系统、电气及外围辅助系统的一体化控制和机组的自动启停,对提高联合循环电厂自动化水平具有重要意义,并为联合循环机组控制系统设计、建设提供了经验。
