利用微卫星技术对五指山猪、沂蒙黑猪、汉江黑猪、莱芜猪、北京黑猪、民猪、成华猪、内江猪、二花脸猪、巴马香猪和大白猪11个猪种共420头猪的脂肪细胞脂肪酸结合蛋白基因内含子的微卫星序列的遗传变异进行了研究。研究表明:(1)中国猪种在A-FABP基因微卫星基因座上有极高的的多态性,五指山猪的PIC最高(PIC=0.7904)并检测到11个等位基因,但北京黑猪仅检测到两个等位基因。(2)本实验中,...
