近年来，PPP模式被广泛运用到公共服务、基础设施领域，越来越多的社会资本参与到相关项目实践中，由此引发了社会资本在会计核算上的一系列问题。从社会资本角度出发，基于《企业会计准则解释第2号》，参考国际财务报告解释、国际会计准则解释中的相关规定，区分金融资产模式、无形资产模式和混合模式对PPP项目的会计处理进行梳理，并结合具体案例进行比较研究，发现不同模式下经营方的收入确认有所不同。
