林业资源与生态研究室，主要从事林果树种的林果种质资源收集、评价、保存和利用研究，林果逆境生理研究，盐碱地资源开发利用研究，城市森林生态研究，林下经济研究，林果资源与遗传多样性分析评价、种质创新，林果新品种培育和引种驯化等方面的科学研究与技术开发。现有研究员1名，副研究员7名，拥有博士学位研究人员3名。目前在研项目3项，发表论文5篇，其中SCI论文3篇。

开展黄河三角洲盐碱地、干旱瘠薄山地、风沙区、矿区废弃地等生态脆弱区植被生态修复技术研究，取得具有较高理论水平和较强应用性的优秀成果，为典型生态脆弱区的生态修复提供工程化技术；对取得的创新性研究成果进行大规模示范推广，强化其应用基础作用；培养具有较强知识储备和研究能力的生态修复研发型人才。
