该课题通过大气模型进行理论分析建立带偏振的精确辐射传输方程(ERTE)然后实测或输入不同遥感器偏振度的系数矩阵系数,并利用Stokes参数建立出矢量化的带偏振响应的Stokes参数的辐射传输方程(海气系统),最后利用Fourier分解求解该辐射传输方程,得到大气的精确Rayleigh散射计算,并利用HY-1卫星实测资料进行验证。
