媒体作为公司外部治理的一种手段越来越受到重视，本文以2014年进行IPO的公司为研究对象，利用其上市前一年、上市当年和上市后一年的数据，研究媒体对IPO公司连续三年盈余管理水平的影响。研究结果表明：媒体关注度对IPO公司盈余管理水平在5%的水平上有显著的抑制作用，即媒体对公司的关注度越高，其盈余管理水平越低。此外，公司的媒体信息管理行为也会对其盈余管理水平产生抑制作用，且在5%的水平上显著，说明公...
