该研究首次成功地用鸡胚气管环组织培养（TOC）中和试验结合系统血凝抑制试验（HI）分别检测免疫兔血清中IBV的中和抗体和血凝抑制抗体，确定了4株IBV地方毒株（Fu、X、W、H）与标准毒株M41、G、T间的抗原相关性，并对两种IBV抗原分型方法进行比较。用雏鸡免疫交叉保护试验对以上分型结果进行了验证。并试制了含地方毒株（Fu）和M41株的二价油乳剂灭活苗，初步证明对IB的防治有良好效果。
