摘要根据家蚕核型多角体病毒T3株p35基因非编码区序列设计一对特异性引物，应用PCR技术从家蚕核型多角体病毒山东株中扩增得到一条1 080 bp的片段。测序结果表明，该片段含有p35基因，开放阅读框长900 bp，编码299个氨基酸，分子量为34.91kDa，pI=6.4。序列分析表明，BmNPV山东株的p35基因与T3株存在差异。
