本实验对非致病镰刀菌Fusarium oxysporum 菌株47号(简称, FO47)对番茄枯萎病的生物防治效果及机制进行了初步研究。通过对峙培养和培养板测试,结果表明FO47液体培养的过滤液能有效抑制番茄枯萎病菌孢子的萌发,抑制萌发率为81.7%,同时可以使萌发延伸的菌丝发生畸形;室内盆栽试验表明在番茄播种至子叶期施用浓度为105~108cfu/ml的FO47可最有效地防治番茄枯萎病,防效达4...
