聚丙烯腈碳纤维原丝中微孔的X射线小角(SAXS)散射法的测定

本文用小角X光散射法和样条函数法(Spline)测定了湿法和干湿法碳纤维原丝中孔洞大小尺寸和分布,对不同喷头牵伸对孔洞影响作了研究,实验结果与用氯苯溶液透光率、体积孔洞率测定结果有很好的一致性。
