2023年2月24日,中国医学科学院基础医学研究所杜文静团队在The EMBO Journal《欧洲分子生物学学会杂志》发表了“p53 protects against alcoholic fatty liver disease via ALDH2 inhibition(p53通过抑制ALDH2保护酒精性脂肪肝的发生)”文。研究报道了肿瘤抑制因子p53在抑制酒精代谢以及酒精性脂肪肝方面的重要作用。
