头颈鳞癌是颌面部最常见的恶性肿瘤，病变造成疼痛、言语和吞咽障碍，甚至威胁生命。近20年头颈鳞癌诊疗技术不断发展，但5年生存率仅有50-60%，且术后复发、转移和放化疗耐受的问题尚未解决，由此造成的多器官功能障碍是患者死亡的主要原因，也是长久以来肿瘤治疗面临的巨大挑战。
