探讨三维可变翻转角快速自旋回波（3D-SPACE）序列结合三维重建技术对显示膝关节后外侧复合体（PLC）的价值。 方法 选取30例膝关节正常的志愿者进行MRI常规序列及3D-SPACE序列扫描，采用双盲法对比MRI常规序列和3D-SPACE序列对膝关节PLC的显示情况，并采用秩和检验分析2种扫描方法对外侧副韧带、腘肌腱和腘腓韧带的显示效果。

评价基于DANTE预脉冲SPACE定量评价蛛网膜颗粒的价值。方法 纳入头颅影像学检查证实存在蛛网膜颗粒的30例患者，分别进行SPACE序列成像和基于DANTE预脉冲的SPACE序列成像。评价SPACE序列图像和DANTE-SPACE序列图像中静脉窦内和颅板下蛛网膜颗粒分布特征，并进行定量测量，包括最大横截面积、最长径、SNR和CNR。比较两种方法获得各测量指标的统计学差异。
