叙述了大亚湾核电站放射性技术废物(主要指维修活动所产生的废物)的主要来源、组成和处理工艺。通过对影响技术废物产生量高的主要因素进行深入分析,找出原因所在,并有针对性地提出一些有效的改进措施。经过2003年现场实践,证明所采取的措施是切实可行、行之有效的,对减少技术废物产生量起到了关键性的作用。
介绍了现场总线控制系统FCS(Field-bus Control System)的发展,以及FCS的结构及主要技术特点。FCS可以实现在线设备可靠性数据采集,使概率安全分析(PSA- Probability Safety Assessment)、风险指引技术(Risk-informed technology)等应用发挥出更大的作用,大大提高了高层管理的准确性和实时性。
