针对涟钢冷轧热镀锌线炉子段网络经常出现网络闪断故障问题,提出一种故障解决方案。介绍冷轧热镀 锌线生产工艺和炉子段网络对工艺的重要性,重点分析炉子段网络拓扑结构和网络故障原因,从减轻网络负荷、增 强抗干扰能力等方面提出切实有效的解决方案。结果表明:经过一年多的运行测试,此段网络再未出现过网络闪断 故障,能确保炉子段设备的稳顺运行,能为全行业西门子网络所出现的问题提供指导性意见。

对单晶硅电火花铣削过程中电极表面出现的覆盖层进行了分析,分析结果表明,该覆盖层的主要成分是SiO2。实验证明,SiO2是加工过程中电化学反应的产物。研究了电参数对SiO2覆盖层厚度的影响规律。研究结果表明,可以通过控制SiO2覆盖层的厚度来保护电极和补偿电极损耗,实现低损耗甚至无损耗的单晶硅电火花铣削加工。
