中小温室土壤水分监控系统设计

针对中小型温室提出一种低成本、低功耗的实用型土壤湿度监控系统,采用分布式检测控制方法,借助无线数传技术搭建了主从单片机湿度监控系统,设计了微控制器人机交互电路和程序,实现了土壤水分的精确自动化监测和微灌控制。结果表明,该系统低功耗,宜配置,工作稳定,温室灌水利用率达到0.65,比漫灌节水50%以上。

通过室内试验与计算机数值模拟相结合的方法建立蒸发条件下土壤水分运动数学模型,采用交替方向隐式差分法进行求解,利用试验资料总结土壤蒸发率与表土(0~5 cm)含水率经验关系为对数曲线关系,并利用拟合关系式作为数学模型的边界条件。经验证,计算机数值模拟结果与实测结果吻合较好,表明利用该方法模拟蒸发条件下蓄水单坑土壤水分运动的问题是可行的。
